Darlene Burd is a patient care coordinator, who has over 20 years’ experience within the Medical Field. Darlene was employed by Dr. Franklyn Gergits at the former Northeast Ear Nose and Throat for over 12 years, where she worked closely with Sandi McGinley, making them an excellent team. Darlene has Accounting background and has been employed for an additional 10 years in several positions in the Medical Field as a Billing Specialist and Receptionist. Darlene has joined the ACE team, working in the Bloomsburg office in 2018 where she enjoys meeting and greeting our patients, confirming and scheduling appointments , billing insurance companies and assisting our Audiologists any way she can.

Darlene is a native of Nescopeck and currently resides in Wapwallopen with her husband. She has 3 adult children.
